I would like to share with you my website experience. When I first
created my website almost 10 years ago, I did the work myself. It
was a painful experience for me because I do not understand nor did
I want to learn the programming necessary to create the website that
I wanted.
I then hired a web designer to re-design my site. That designer was
hard to work with. They didn't seem to get what I wanted plus it took
forever to get the updates and corrections completed. Every time I
discussed a concern or an issue I was told it was because of my system
or my screen. Luckily for me they sold the company. The new person
was so bad that they didn't even return my calls so it forced me to
look for a new designer.
I was fortunate to have a colleague recommend Pat Callahan of Triple
C Design to me. I met with Pat and discussed what I wanted on my website,
how I wanted it to feel and what I wanted it to do. He asked a lot
of questions and researched some sites that I particularly liked.
With in a short time he had a design that I really liked. All the
pages are formatted to be printer friendly so it didn't matter what
system or screen was used, the information printed out correctly.
No matter what my request has been over the years that he has been
maintaining my site, Pat has been extremely responsive to my needs.
In most cases the changes are made in a matter of hours. If he cannot
meet my time needs he discusses this with me immediately. An actually
he has even gone beyond that to periodically doing a quality review
to see what information may be dated and needs to be revised or come
off the site.
I cannot imagine having anyone else in charge of my site. If you have

My wife and I have a small business, I custom airbrush motorcycles and try and help folks with their designs and ideas, we had been trying to keep up our own webpage for the past couple of years, it was getting messy and time consuming to keep it up to date. We called Pat to just get some ideas. Pat came by the shop to really get an idea of what we were trying to do here at Hangout at Flames. A short time later he had a layout for us to view and we loved it.
